MVP Strategies provides dynamic and potentially transformative gender violence prevention leadership training to students, staff and administrators in a variety of customizable formats and settings. It features a mixed-gender, multi-racial, multi-ethnic staff working in diverse student populations. It has long been a leader in engaging men in prevention work, and has special expertise in working in athletics, Greek life, and the military. Its core philosophy and pedagogy was developed in the MVP program, which in 1993 introduced bystander training to the field.
